No one likes to talk about the cost of healthcare but it is important to know the costs when choosing a provider

      My price for a level I visit is $120 if I am required to bill you for services, while a cash payment at the time of service allows for a discounted price of $100. We can now accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover Cards in addition to cash. 

     If you require care beyond the basic level we will discuss all additional costs before any additional expenses are created.

     Taking care of pain patients can be very rewarding for those who truly need pain care. Unfortunately the controlled substances are prone to being abused raising the risk of diversion and increases the overall cost of care. 

     If you are thinking of coming to SilverArc APN solely for pain management we require a $500 cash deposit on entry to the office and before your consultation. We do not accept insurances for pain management. If our providers determine you do not have a need for controlled substances there will not be a refund. You are paying for the consultation NOT the medication.

 For patients already in our practice Federal health payment programs like Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare will be billed as required by contract and the appropriate laws. All new patients will be cash pay only.
